Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.

How do customers communicate that they want to return the goods?

The customers communicate to us on returns through an email to care@himalayawellness.com or by phone with a call to out toll free number 1-800-425-1930 / 1-800-208-1930.

What if there’s a delay in the post, and the goods reach you after 30 days?

We issue a no quibble refund / replacement for products that are received back in our warehouse within 30 days. In case of shipments reaching us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Where should customers send their products for returns?

For product returns, customers should send the product(s) to their respective fulfillment centers only. For example, if a product is shipped from the Bengaluru fulfillment center, it has to be returned to the same warehouse.

Check the respective fulfillment center of the product(s) printed on the invoice, sent with the package.

For products shipped from Bengaluru warehouse, please return them to:

What is the refund process for Cash-on-Delivery orders?

For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund amount. You can write to us at contactus@himalayawellness.com for more details.

Do you refund customers for postage expense of returning the goods?

No. We do not refund users for postage expense incurred for returning goods.

Returns for refund must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.

In a few cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest, and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

When are returns not possible?

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags and labels

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes a part of the order can be returned. If you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a part of the order. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When are refunds provided?

Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or if a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.

I have requested a replacement. When will I receive it?

A replacement is sent to the customer when the product that needs to be replaced is returned from the customer, and courier details are shared with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.

Exchange

An exchange of unused products needs to be communicated with 30 days and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges of the same need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share courier details of the products to be exchanged with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customer within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
